2. Products and Orders

• Availability: All products (including The Warrior, The Kong, and limited 1st Edition releases) are subject to availability.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.
• Pre-Orders & Limited Editions: For specific limited-run drops, payment is collected at the time of placing the pre-order. Shipping timelines for these items are estimates and subject to manufacturing schedules.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Canada, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong only. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partners, which may dispatch from locations outside your country. While we do our best to meet stated delivery windows, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control. Any import duties or taxes incurred at destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of delivery through My Account, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy. For faulty or incorrect items, contact us through My Account so we can help.

5. Limitation of Liability

Skill Luck Go® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
