Product overview

  • Silhouette: Modern boxy streetwear fit with dropped shoulders and a structured, cropped-to-waist profile.
  • Collar: Classic structured shirt collar with internal non-woven fusing.
  • Front closure: Standard-gauge front zipper with custom-engraved matte black metal puller (SLG Globe logo).
  • Pockets: Double-welt exterior side slash pockets with reinforced bar-tack stitching at stress points, plus one internal left-chest single-welt security pocket with a zipper closure.
  • Chest branding: Single tonal embossed high-density silicone globe patch centred on the left chest (10 cm wide).
  • Sleeve branding: Matching tonal embossed silicone globe patches centred on both upper sleeves (7 cm wide).
  • Back branding: Large tonal embossed silicone globe patch centred on the upper back panel (25 cm wide).
  • Neck tag: Printed SLG Globe neck tag.

Materials & craft

  • Main outer fabric: 100% polyester heavyweight twill / canvas weave (approx. 320–350 GSM). Provides structure, weather resistance and a clean matte finish.
  • Internal lining: Smooth 100% polyester taffeta / poly-satin for effortless layering.
  • Insulation / padding: 80–100 GSM polyester polyfill batting for subtle cushioning and structured volume.
  • Colourway: Solid matte black (monochrome).

Construction & stitching

  • Quilting pattern: Diamond stitch pattern (2-inch spacing) on the interior lining to anchor the padding and prevent shifting.
  • Seam finishes: Double-needle topstitching on major structural seams; internal clean-finished bound seams protect the polyester edges.
  • Stitch density: 8–10 stitches per inch (SPI) for balanced strength and a clean appearance.
  • Ribbing: 500 GSM cotton-polyester blend heavy rib knit in solid black (no grey stripes) for high snap-back recovery and durability. Attached with link-stitch and reinforced with a cover stitch line. Cuffs and hem.
