Policy Guidelines
Strict Dispatch Window: Returns must be securely packed and dispatched back to us within 48 hours of receipt (tracked from the date and time your package was delivered).
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same original condition and packaging as when they arrived.
Exclusions: Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Skill Luck Go® does not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Because the 48-hour dispatch window is strictly enforced, you must ensure the shipping courier scans and timestamps your package within that timeframe. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
